From the field to your books, in three steps.

No paper, no WhatsApp threads, no end-of-day data entry. The order a rep takes on the ground is the same order your finance team sees — instantly.

Capture

Sell in the field

Your rep takes the order, logs the visit and snaps proof of shelf — all on a phone, online or off. Nothing waits for signal or for the drive back to the office.

Flow — the outlet record a rep works from: orders, visits and credit
Sync

It syncs and invoices itself

The moment there's a connection, the order lands at HQ — stock adjusted, invoice raised and the eInvoice filed automatically. No re-keying, no month-end scramble.

Flow — orders landing at HQ, fulfilment and payment status live
Control

See and run everything

Watch every rep, route, outlet and sale on one live dashboard — from group totals down to a single rep's target. Decide with today's numbers, not last week's.

Flow — Operations: KPIs, the exception queue and the live field map

Simple on the surface. A complete system underneath.

From a rep’s first visit to a reconciled, compliant invoice — your whole order-to-cash loop in one system.

Flow — the reps’ day: route, stops and coverage
Flow — live stock levels, cover and reorder alerts
Flow — end-of-day reconciliation and cash close
Flow — rep productivity: calls, strike rate and basket

Works with the stack you already run.

Flow connects to the accounting, ERP and warehouse systems your teams already use, and files every invoice automatically.

Live in a week

Shaped to how you already work, so your reps are taking orders — online or off — in days, not quarters.

From your data to a live system, fast.

A local team loads your products, pricing, customers and balances and configures a proven system to your business — you never touch a database.

Your whole team, up to speed in days.

Hands-on training gets reps, supervisors and admins using the parts they actually need — in about three days. It’s built to be simple, so it sticks.

Flow — your whole team set up with the right access

Up and running, and never on your own.

You’re live in about a week. After that, a local team answers in minutes — not a ticket sitting in a queue on the other side of the world.

What changes once the paperwork goes

Distributors and brand teams running Flow in the field — in their own words.

Our reps stopped carrying order books. The order a rep takes at 9am is invoiced before they reach the next stop.

Month-end used to be four people and three days of re-keying. It is now one person and an afternoon.

Signal drops constantly on our routes. Offline capture was the thing that made this workable at all.

Questions, answered.

What is field sales software?
Field sales software is the system a rep uses on a phone to take orders, log visits and take payment while standing in an outlet, and that sends those orders straight to head office. Flow is field sales software built for FMCG distribution: the order a rep takes on the ground becomes the invoice finance sees, with no re-keying in between.
Does Flow work without an internet connection?
Yes. Reps capture orders, visits, photos and payments fully offline, and everything syncs the moment a connection returns. Nothing waits for signal or for the drive back to the office, which matters on routes where coverage drops for hours at a time.
How long does it take to roll Flow out to a field team?
About a week. A local team loads your products, pricing, customers and balances, then trains reps, supervisors and admins on the parts each of them needs, which usually takes around three days. Most customers are taking live orders inside the first fortnight.
Does Flow handle e-invoicing and tax compliance?
Yes, and it is built in rather than bolted on. Every invoice Flow raises is validated and filed with your local tax authority automatically, with no separate portal, no third-party middleware and no per-document fee. The system is updated as local regulations change.
How is Flow different from a general CRM like Salesforce?
A CRM records what happened. Flow runs the transaction: it holds live stock down to the van, prices the order against the customer's own terms, takes the payment, raises the compliant invoice and reconciles the cash at end of day. A CRM would need several integrations and a lot of custom work to do any of that.
Can Flow connect to our existing accounting or ERP system?
Yes. Flow syncs with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Odoo, MYOB and Zoho Books, plus Stripe and PayPal for payments, and connects to anything else through the API. You keep the finance system you already run.
Can our distributors use Flow as well as our own reps?
Yes. Flow models a full distributor hierarchy, including consignment stock, so a principal and its distributors work in one system. That means you see real sell-out and true stock positions rather than reconciling spreadsheets from each partner.
How much does Flow cost?
Flow is priced per person in the field, per month, and there is a free plan for a single route with up to two users. Outlets, orders and invoices are not metered, so the bill does not move when a good month happens. Annual billing saves 18%, and Enterprise is quoted to your organisation.
