Most software companies sell you a login and disappear. Amast keeps teams on the ground in San Francisco, London, Dubai, and Kuala Lumpur — so whatever you need, from installation to a hard question on a Tuesday, there’s a real person who can be there in person.
These aren’t sales outposts, or a local number that routes to a queue. Each one is staffed by the people who do the work — close enough to be in your building this week, and still the ones you’re talking to a year after go-live.

It started with a distributor in London who could not tell us what had actually been sold that morning — and it turned out almost nobody could.
Everything since has come out of fixing that properly, then staying close enough to keep fixing it. Three products, four offices, and the same rule every time: we open where our customers ask us to.
A London distributor could tell us what left the warehouse and what got invoiced. Nobody could tell us what had actually been sold that morning. Everyone had a spreadsheet. None of them agreed.
2014
We stopped guessing and rode along. Six weeks in the passenger seat, rebuilding the app between routes, until a rep could file an order in under a minute without being told twice.
2014
Three distributors went live. Real reps, real orders, and some very direct feedback about what we had got wrong. Still the best product research we have ever done.
2015
A group running the same operation across the Gulf wanted Flow — and wanted us in the building for the rollout, not on a call at 2am. So we opened in Dubai.
2017
Lens launched. The people running the operation could finally get the number themselves instead of joining a queue behind whoever owned the reports.
2018
San Francisco. The AI work behind Lens needed to sit next to the teams pushing it hardest, and our US customers wanted a build team on their clock.
2020
Sentinel joined, bringing maintenance and asset management onto the same platform — so the machine, the route and the invoice finally lived in one place.
2022
Kuala Lumpur opened the same way the others did — customers here asked us to be closer. It is now the fastest-growing part of the business and home to most of the team who build the products.
2024
Amast Academy opened. Handing a team good software and no training is half a job, and we had watched enough rollouts stall on the human half.
2025
Alibaba Cloud named us their Most Innovative Partner — two years after the Kuala Lumpur office opened, and a sign that people well outside our own region had started paying attention.
2026
There is a lot more coming.

The principles behind how we work, how we treat people, and the standard we hold ourselves to.
We tell you what’s actually going on — the plan, the trade-offs, the bits running late. Trust doesn’t come from a tidy status update.
Whoever picks it up sees it through. People who own the outcome care a lot more than people working a checklist.
Move fast enough to find out what works, then make it sharper. Nothing useful was ever learned by sitting on it.
The software bends to you, not the other way round — real power underneath, genuinely simple on top.
More backgrounds, more angles, better decisions. We build teams where everyone’s actually included — the work’s better for it.
Your win is the whole job. We’re not finished when you sign — we’re finished when it’s working for you.
The difference a local team makes, in the words of the people who had one.
Their team was in our warehouse for the first two. That’s the only reason it fit how we actually work.

The people who scoped it were the people in the room on the Saturday. We didn’t have to explain our setup twice.

I still message the person who trained my supervisors. You don’t get that from a support portal.

Our last vendor was eight hours behind us. Every question cost a day. This one costs a message.

They trained one role at a time, on our own routes and our own price lists. Nobody went back to paper.

Finance and the field used to bring different figures to the same meeting. That argument is over.

Every asset, every service record, in one place. Our auditor asked who set it up — I said they still pick up.

Tell us where your teams are and what you’re trying to run. We’ll point you to the nearest Amast team and map the fastest path to go-live.
