AI for Business

3 days In-house or virtual HRDC-claimable

Three days for the people who have to decide where AI goes, what it costs and who owns it — at your office or online, for your leadership team only. No technical background needed.

What the three days look like

Three days that end with a plan, not a reading list. Nothing is pre-recorded.

Day one

See what it does, in business terms

AI and generative AI explained without the technical layer, what has actually changed recently, and where it is already working across other industries — with hands-on time in the tools so the claims can be checked rather than taken.

How day one runs
  • MorningAI and generative AI, without the technical layer
  • AfternoonHands-on time in the tools themselves
  • By the endClaims your team can check rather than take

Day two

Find the use cases worth funding

AI as a co-worker and as an autonomous workflow, how to identify use cases in your own operation, how to run an experiment without exposing the business, and the risks that come with each.

  • MorningAI as a co-worker, and as an autonomous workflow
  • AfternoonFinding the use cases in your own operation

Day three

Leave with a plan and a governance model

Why AI projects fail, how to handle the employee conversation, what governance actually needs to cover, and a three-step adoption plan built for your organisation.

Transformation leads

Run the programme that has to land AI across teams that did not ask for it.

Questions, answered.

What actually happens over the three days?
Day one is what AI does in business terms, with hands-on time in the tools. Day two finds and tests use cases in your own operation. Day three covers governance, the employee conversation and a three-step adoption plan.
Can we claim it against our HRDC levy?
Yes. Amast Academy is an HRD Corp registered training provider, so Malaysian employers can claim this programme against their levy — we prepare the submission for you.
How is it priced?
Per cohort rather than per seat, so the cost does not change if you bring twelve people instead of eight. Tell us your team size and we will send a figure.
Is our material safe?
Nothing leaves your control. We work in your environment, on your own files, and agree up front what does and does not go into a tool.
How many people can attend?
It runs best between eight and twenty. Below eight the discussion thins out; above twenty the strategy work stops being specific to you.
Does anyone need a technical background?
No. It is written for leaders and deliberately avoids the technical layer — the tool sessions are there so claims can be checked, not so anyone has to build.
Can it be tailored to our processes?
That is the default. We scope against your actual work beforehand, so the exercises use your material rather than generic ones.
Where does it run?
At your office, or online for a distributed team. Either way it is run for your team only — we do not mix cohorts.
What happens afterwards?
Everyone keeps the use-case shortlist, the governance model and the adoption plan built in the room, plus the materials and a certificate of completion. We check in after a few weeks to see what moved.

Talk to us about running this

Tell us your team and your goals. We will recommend the right shape and, for Malaysian employers, prepare the HRDC submission.
