AI in Entrepreneurship

3 days In-house or virtual HRDC-claimable

Three days turning an AI idea into something you can afford to test — at your office or online, for your founding team only. No technical background needed.

What the three days look like

Three days that end with a blueprint, not a pitch deck. Nothing is pre-recorded.

Day one

Find where AI actually creates an opening

What AI changes for a small company, which of the common claims do not survive contact, and how an AI-first founder thinks differently — then frameworks applied to your own business to find the openings that are real.

How day one runs
  • MorningWhat AI changes for a small company
  • AfternoonFrameworks applied to your own business
  • By the endThe openings that are real, not the claims

Day two

Design something you can afford

Build versus buy, which tools an SME can realistically run, and how to solve a specific business problem with AI on a budget rather than on a roadmap.

How day two runs
  • MorningBuild versus buy, at SME scale
  • AfternoonSolving one real problem on a budget
  • By the endTools you can actually afford to run

Day three

Validate it, then scale what survives

Generating and validating AI-driven ideas, running a pilot, leading adoption without a technical team, and measuring whether it worked — ending with an AI strategy blueprint written for your business.

Questions, answered.

What actually happens over the three days?
Day one finds where AI creates a real opening in your business. Day two designs something affordable, including build versus buy. Day three validates it with a pilot and ends with a written AI strategy blueprint.
Can we claim it against our HRDC levy?
Yes. Amast Academy is an HRD Corp registered training provider, so Malaysian employers can claim this programme against their levy — we prepare the submission for you.
How is it priced?
Per cohort rather than per seat, so the cost does not change if you bring twelve people instead of eight. Tell us your team size and we will send a figure.
Is our material safe?
Nothing leaves your control. We work in your environment, on your own files, and agree up front what does and does not go into a tool.
How many people can attend?
It runs best between six and sixteen. Founding teams are smaller, so this one starts lower than our corporate programmes.
Does anyone need a technical background?
No. It is built for founders and operators, not engineers — the tool work is about what you can afford to run, not how to build it.
Can it be tailored to our processes?
That is the default. We scope against your actual work beforehand, so the exercises use your material rather than generic ones.
Where does it run?
At your office, or online for a distributed team. Either way it is run for your team only — we do not mix cohorts.
What happens afterwards?
Everyone keeps the opportunity frameworks, the pilot design and the strategy blueprint built in the room, plus the materials and a certificate of completion. We check in after a few weeks to see what launched.

Tell us your team and your goals. We will recommend the right shape and, for Malaysian employers, prepare the HRDC submission.
