AI Trainer (Freelance)
We’re looking for Kuala Lumpur-based AI Trainers to help businesses and teams actually use AI. Amast builds AI-powered software that runs the operations businesses depend on — and through Amast Academy, we help people get hands-on with AI and the tools that matter. This is a freelance role: you’ll run practical, engaging training that leaves people able to do more.
About the role
In this role you will:
- Deliver hands-on training on AI tools and practical applications — from prompting to real workflows — to businesses and teams.
- Turn complex AI concepts into clear, practical sessions people can apply the next day.
- Adapt content to different audiences and levels, from complete beginners to technical teams.
- Keep your material current as AI tools and best practices move.
- Bring energy, patience, and real-world examples that make the learning stick.
Requirements
- Hands-on, practical experience using AI tools (LLMs, generative AI, AI-assisted workflows) in real work
- Proven experience training, teaching, or facilitating — you can hold a room and explain clearly
- The ability to make complex, technical topics simple and practical
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility to deliver sessions on-site in Kuala Lumpur on a freelance basis
- HRD Corp certification (TTT) or corporate-training experience is a plus
