Corporate Trainer (HRD Corp)

We’re looking for a Kuala Lumpur-based Corporate Trainer to deliver HRD Corp-claimable training for businesses. Amast helps businesses adopt smart, connected software — and through Amast Academy, we run the training that gets their teams up to speed. You’ll design and deliver engaging, practical courses that people remember and put to use.

About the role

In this role you will:

• Design and deliver HRD Corp-claimable courses — on software, digital skills, AI, and operations — to corporate clients.
• Turn technical and operational topics into clear, hands-on sessions that stick.
• Tailor content and delivery to different industries, roles, and skill levels.
• Handle the HRD Corp side — claimable structuring, materials, and documentation.
• Gather feedback and keep improving courses so they stay sharp and relevant.

Requirements

• HRD Corp certification (Train-the-Trainer / TTT) and eligibility to deliver claimable courses
• Proven experience designing and delivering corporate training
• The ability to make technical or dry topics engaging and practical
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Familiarity with software, digital, or AI topics — or the ability to get up to speed fast
• Experience with e-learning or blended delivery is a plus
