Data Analytics Intern
We’re looking for a Kuala Lumpur-based Data Analytics Intern to turn data into answers. Amast builds AI-powered software that runs the operations businesses depend on — including Lens, where customers ask their data anything in plain language. As an intern, you’ll work with real data and the team building the analytics that make it useful.
About the role
In this role you will:
- Work with real datasets to find patterns, build analyses, and answer real questions.
- Help build and test the analytics and data-viz that power Lens.
- Turn messy data into clear dashboards, charts, and insights people can act on.
- Get hands-on with SQL, data tools, and the AI that makes analytics conversational.
- Take on a meaningful data project of your own, with support to see it through.
Requirements
- Studying data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field — or a recent grad
- Solid SQL, and comfort working with data in Python or a BI tool
- A grasp of the basics of statistics and clear data visualisation
- Initiative, attention to detail, and the drive to dig into a problem
- A genuine curiosity about data and what it can tell you
- Available for a full-time internship based in Kuala Lumpur
