Product Design Intern
We’re looking for a Kuala Lumpur-based Product Design Intern to help make complex software feel simple. Amast builds AI-powered software that runs the operations businesses depend on — and good design is what turns powerful tools into ones people actually enjoy using. As an intern, you’ll work on real product and brand design alongside our team.
About the role
In this role you will:
- Work on real UI and UX for our products — wireframes, flows, and polished screens.
- Help turn complex workflows and dense data into interfaces that feel simple.
- Contribute to brand and marketing design — graphics, decks, and assets.
- Get hands-on with Figma and the AI tools that speed up design work.
- Take on a meaningful design project of your own, with support to see it through.
Requirements
- Studying design, HCI, or a related field — or building a design portfolio on your own
- A portfolio that shows an eye for layout, type, colour, and clean UI
- Working knowledge of Figma
- A genuine interest in product design and making complex things simple
- Curiosity, initiative, and openness to feedback
- Available for a full-time internship based in Kuala Lumpur
